A software company with a trading desk, or a trading company with engineers
Either description is right. Granmesh was formed in Doha in 2026 by two partners with a background in building business systems and supplying the equipment they run on.
Why two disciplines
The founders spent years delivering ERP, portals and operational systems for companies in the Gulf. The same problem kept appearing: the software was ready, but the hardware was late, wrongly specified, or bought from a supplier who did not understand what the system needed. Projects slipped, and nobody was accountable for the whole.
Granmesh exists to close that gap. The software division designs and builds the systems. The trading division sources the equipment, parts and machinery, whether it is the network the system runs on, the devices that feed it data, or the machine tools and industrial equipment the client's business depends on.
Clients can use either division on its own. The value shows when they use both: one contract, one team, and one party responsible for the result.

Scope, price and dates are written down before work starts, and changes are agreed in writing.
Senior people on the work
The people in the first meeting are the people who deliver. We stay small by choice.
Arabic and English, equally
Every system, document and conversation works in both languages from the start.
Ownership stays with the client
Source code, data, cloud accounts and equipment warranties are in the client's name.
